How do I apply for an apartment?

Check out our floor plans page and click yellow ‘apply online’ button. It is that easy!


What hours are available to use the clubhouse?

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM


What hours are available for me to workout at the gym?

Our over 3,000 Square foot gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Please come and enjoy our brand new equipment and our dance/yoga studio!


Do I have assigned Parking?

Nope! At The Gardens at Anthony House, we make parking easy. No monthly fees, no parking lots specifically for your guests, no specials decals, no hassle!


How do I pay my rent?

At The Gardens at Anthony House, it is so easy to pay your rent. All you need to do is log on to your tenant portal which is accessed straight through our website tenant portal. From there you will be able to pay by check (FEE FREE), credit card or set-up your account for auto-pay for your convenience! You may also pay by cashier’s check or money order at The Gardens at Anthony House office.


What is the phone number for emergency maintenance?

Our maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day for maintenance emergencies. Please call 336-542-6300 and one of our amazing maintenance staff members will answer!


How does valet trash work?

We provide the trash bin in your apartment to be used for valet trash service. The trash bin may only be outside the apartment Sunday – Thursday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM the next morning. Valet trash picks up starting at around 8:00 PM. All trash outside the apartment must be in the bin. We love our community and don’t want it to be trashy! (Pun intended).
